Black Bottom Cup of Cakes

Ingredients:
1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese, softened
One large egg
1/3 cup of white sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup of minuteiature semisweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 cup of white sugar
1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup of water
1/3 cup of vegetable oil
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
If possible, set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Two muffin tins should be greased or prepared with 12 paper liners.
Whip the cream cheese, egg, 1/3 cup sugar, and 1/8 tsp salt in a medium bowl until it is smooth and creamy. Mix the chocolate chips in a bowl.
Combine flour, 1 cup sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and 1/2 tsp salt in a big bowl. Pour water, oil, vinegar, and vanilla into the well you dug in the center. Mix the ingredients thoroughly before combining.
About a third of the chocolate batter should be poured into the prepared muffin pans. Place a scoop of the cream cheese mixture on each.
Bake the chocolate cake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minuteutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
